I was fortunate enough to meet Renee on a professional basis in Mid-May 2007. My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new home, but were not exactly educated on the subject. We were impressed with how much research you put in to meeting not only our real estate needs buy family needs as well. The information you provided on the area for newcomers down to contacts for sports clubs for our daughters was very helpful in our transition. As we toured many beautiful homes that would certainly have met our needs, our biggest concern was picking the right school district. We have been so busy moving into our new home that this note is long overdue! We want you to know what an amazing job Renee Montgomery did concerning our finding and purchasing a home in South Carolina. Renee went out of her way for us time and time again. She drove us all around York county several times over showing us all the homes available that fit our criteria. We started looking in August yet were unable to purchase until the beginning of February. Renee hung in there with us while we waited for our house in Utah to sell. Our Utah house went under contract right before Thanksgiving but was delayed several times for many different reasons and did not close until the end of January.
During this process we got to see the good, the bad, and the ugly in dealing with real estate agents and lending institutions; not to worry, all the bad and the ugly were in Utah! Sparing the vexing details it is important that you know that Renee not only did her job but also ended up fixing several problems on the Utah end as well! Renee was always professional and personable. She was always honest with us and gave us her opinion when we asked. Renee always said what she meant and meant what she said. She also kept in constant contact with us...something we cannot say about our agent in Utah. We feel that Renee is incapable of game playing and is not working with dollar signs in her eyes but seeks out only what is best for her clients.When dealing with Renee what you see is what you get, no games, and it was a very positive experience. She has completely gained our trust and we know Renee will be our real estate agent for as long as she is in the business but more importantly we know we have a friend for life. We will highly recommend her to anyone we hear of who may be in search of real estate in the future. If your office gives any perks to awesome agents you need to place Renee at the top of your list!
